Queenie’s Castle (French translation) at Campus Saint-Jean

FrenchThis translation of Queenie’s Castle into French, by Thao Tran-Minh, is performed by Isabelle Rousseau as Queenie, Riplea Lothian as Olivia, with lighting by Witold Kurpinshi and direction by Bernard Salva at Campus Saint-Jean at the University of Alberta on March 27. The event, “Autochtones et Santé,” includes the play by Katherine Koller, a panel discussion on the Aboriginal experience in healthcare with Riplea Lothian, Debbie Bellerose and Dr. Lisa Bourque Bearskin, followed by  bison stew and bannock by Native Delights.  Organized by Anouk Villemaire and Thao Tran-Minh and sponsored by Campus Saint-Jean, the Faculty of Nursing and the Faculty of Native Studies at the University of Alberta, Consortium national de formation en santé, and AccuWear Uniforms.
